Description
The Data Engineer will build and maintain data products and pipelines using SQL, dbt, and a cloud data platform. The role requires 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related fields, 3+ years of production dbt experience, and expertise in dbt models, materialization, incremental models, macros, Jinja, tests, data quality, snapshots, seeds, sources, documentation, lineage, and packages. The engineer will also integrate AI-assisted development into workflows, including Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, LLM fundamentals, agentic automation, and practical evaluation of AI tooling.
