Description
ADSP is hiring a Staff Engineer to lead complex software, data, and AI projects in the Defence sector. The role owns technical architecture and delivery, develops backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and AI systems, leads project teams and client engagements, and contributes to technical standards and proposals. It is predominantly home-based with travel to London and surrounding client sites on average two days per week, and requires DV clearance or eligibility. The position requires a quantitative or technical degree, extensive software and AI project experience, Python and cloud engineering expertise, and the ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
