Description
Micron is hiring a Design Engineer for its Non-Volatile Memory Datapath Functional Group to support the design and validation of Flash Memory datapath and DDR high-speed interfaces. The role covers block- and subsystem-level circuit design, timing optimization, layout supervision, floorplan integration, application-engineering requirements, CMOS and device-modeling collaboration, and functional and timing validation using HSPICE, Fast SPICE, and NC Verilog. The engineer will also develop micro-architecture specifications and apply analog/mixed-signal, digital, AI-enabled, and design-technology co-optimization approaches. The position requires deep knowledge of high-speed analog, mixed-signal, CMOS, and memory-interface design, along with an M.Tech. or Ph.D. in microelectronics or a related discipline and at least five years of semiconductor industry experience.
