Description
Micron Technology is seeking a DRAM Verification Engineer to support the verification of DRAM design opportunities. The role involves developing test cases and test benches, creating simulation and silicon stimuli, running regressions, debugging pre-silicon designs, and improving verification coverage using AI-based tools and automation. The position requires hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification, digital or mixed-signal verification, and industry-standard simulation and EDA tools.
