Description
Ava Labs is hiring a Staff Engineer for its Developer Infrastructure team within Platform Engineering. The role focuses on building durable infrastructure, tooling, shared knowledge, and technical processes that reduce engineering friction and risk across CI/CD, ephemeral environments, automated testing, observability, performance infrastructure, and developer workflows. The engineer will work hands-on in code, partner with teams to improve reliability and confidence, and transform recurring pain points into reusable systems and documentation. The position requires at least seven years of production software development, strong Go and/or Rust ability, experience with large legacy codebases, and expertise in developer infrastructure, testing, Linux, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
