Description
Arm is hiring a Mixed Signal DFT Lead/Engineer to lead and execute DFT verification of mixed-signal IP in complex SoCs. The role owns DFT feature verification and debugging, ATE pattern development and bring-up, pattern stabilization, JTAG and iJTAG verification, PDL development, and root-cause analysis of simulation-to-silicon and tester-related failures. The candidate must have 10+ years of semiconductor DFT experience, including SERDES, sensors, calibration, lane repair, and Tessent-based pattern generation, and must collaborate with distributed engineering teams.
