Description
Yugabyte is seeking a Staff Engineer specializing in Distributed Storage & Transactions (DST) to design, develop, test, and deliver core distributed storage, replication, and transaction features for YugabyteDB. This role involves tackling challenges in distributed systems like consistency, durability, fault tolerance, performance, and scalability, contributing to a globally distributed, high-scale, high-performance database. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of storage and replication features, write high-quality C/C++ code, troubleshoot issues, improve scalability, and mentor other engineers.
