Lila Sciences is hiring a Staff Engineer, Enterprise Platform to build secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise infrastructure for its autonomous science platform. The role owns multi-tenancy, tenant isolation, identity and authorization, SCIM provisioning, usage metering, billing, audit logging, compliance workflows, and agentic self-service systems. It is a senior individual-contributor and hands-on principal-level role requiring 8+ years of enterprise SaaS software development experience, cloud-native architecture, Python backend development, and a degree in computer science or a related field. The position offers a base salary of $192,000–$272,000 USD for U.S.-based employees, with bonus potential and equity.
