Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Staff Engineer for EOL Assembly Process in Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia. The role leads end-of-line assembly process engineering, improvement projects, package transfers, qualification, baseline procedures, yield optimization, defect reduction, corrective-action effectiveness, and customer complaint analysis. It reports to the Subcon Operation Manager and requires 5–10 years of assembly process engineering experience, proficiency in English and problem-solving, the ability to travel overseas when requested, and a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
