Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Staff Firmware Engineer to build high-performance controller firmware for volatile and non-volatile memory systems, including SSDs. The role covers firmware evaluation, creation, building, bench testing, debugging, failure analysis, bug reporting, and issue isolation, while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers. The position requires 6–15 years of embedded firmware storage experience, strong assembly and C programming, NAND and SSD knowledge, mass-storage interface familiarity, ARM development skills, and a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
