Wingstop is hiring a Staff Engineer – Flutter to own the architecture, performance, scalability, and production health of Flutter-based mobile applications serving millions of customers. The role leads scalable mobile architectures integrated with backend microservices and AWS cloud infrastructure, drives performance and reliability, establishes engineering standards, partners with product and design teams, supports offline capabilities and user engagement, and mentors engineers while influencing long-term mobile strategy.
