The role involves cross-functional product delivery, architectural decision-making, CI/CD and automation improvements, technical roadmap management, project prioritization, and mentoring engineers. The position requires a Staff Engineer or Technical Lead track record, extensive Go backend and React frontend experience, architecture knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience working with Product and Design leaders in an Agile environment.
