Description
The role coordinates technical staff for 4G/5G software release acceptance and new solution introductions, manages field acceptance testing and support, resource planning, task assignment, deliverables, and risk management, and performs hands-on analysis of network performance issues. It also collaborates with Network Engineering and Operations teams on antenna and RF configuration, supports customer education and product rollouts, and presents technical ideas. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and six years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience, including LTE/5G performance projects, wireless and 3GPP network work, hardware and software architecture, 5G/4G concepts, RAN virtualization, redundancy solutions, and radio frequency and data network protocols.
