HR Green is hiring a Civil Staff Engineer for its Land Development Group to design and deliver civil and site projects, including grading, stormwater, water, wastewater, roadway, and utility systems. The role involves project planning, permitting, construction support, QA/QC, client and municipality collaboration, and mentorship of junior engineers, with opportunities to take ownership of project components and grow toward greater independence. Candidates need a civil or environmental engineering degree, EIT status, at least three years of civil engineering experience, and familiarity with Civil 3D, StormCAD, or WaterCAD. The compensation range is $79,200 to $130,600.
