Micron Technology is hiring a Lead, PCVD Equipment to lead a team of equipment engineers at its Boise, Idaho semiconductor manufacturing site. The role focuses on improving manufacturing capability through equipment performance, yield improvement, throughput optimization, and quality excellence; setting team strategy; managing complex projects; and collaborating with manufacturing, facilities, technology development, and global partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, physical sciences, or a related technical field, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, and previous people leadership experience.
