Description
Infineon is hiring a Staff Engineer Line Control for its Manufacturing and Operations team in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role focuses on achieving delivery targets, managing wafer loading and work-in-progress, coordinating capacity and equipment booking, supporting engineering samples and PMST projects, and minimizing material waste and cycle time. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant production planning or manufacturing operations experience, and knowledge of WIP, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations; semiconductor manufacturing experience, ERP/MES systems, and Microsoft Excel are preferred or advantageous.
