Infineon is hiring a Staff Engineer Maintenance for its Manufacturing and Operations team to lead maintenance programs and teams for Die Bond and Oven assembly equipment. The role covers preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; equipment reliability and uptime; troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; maintenance systems, planning, spare parts, and resource allocation; TPM and continuous improvement; technical training; and safety, health, and environmental compliance. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience, and strong maintenance management and troubleshooting skills.
