Civica is hiring a Staff Engineer to serve as the technical authority for its Microsoft workplace ecosystem. The role leads architecture, solution design, technical governance, and enterprise-scale transformation across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Intune, End User Computing, Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and emerging AI-enabled workplace technologies. The engineer will define architectural standards, influence technology roadmaps, collaborate with global cross-functional teams, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. The role requires extensive Microsoft workplace and cloud technology experience, relevant certifications, and a proven record of enterprise architecture, governance, and transformation delivery.
