Description

Enphase Energy is hiring a Manufacturing Test Engineer to support global production test setups, maintain and improve test hardware and software, coordinate with NPI, manufacturing, quality, and software development teams, develop test processes and calibration routines, and drive reliability, yield improvement, and defect reduction. The role requires an electrical or electronics engineering background, at least 8 years of test software development experience, and expertise in embedded systems, SPC, yield analysis, DFMEA, and related manufacturing quality tools.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Technology in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or another suitable educational background
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of test software development using Python, LabVIEW, C, or C++
Experience with hardware design, fixture development, and DFT implementation
Experience with SPC, yield analysis, GR&R, capability studies, and root cause analysis
DFMEA development and execution
