Description
The Staff OEM Product Engineering Lead serves as Midmark's primary engineering point of contact for white-label and OEM products across the Veterinary and Digital Diagnostics businesses. The role establishes technical governance, coordinates cross-functional due diligence and requirements alignment, reviews OEM technical and compliance evidence, manages launch and lifecycle engineering activities, leads technical knowledge transfer, and supports OEM product issues, changes, sourcing, post-market surveillance, and lifecycle governance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, with extensive OEM, contract manufacturer, or critical supplier relationship leadership experience; medical device, diagnostics, veterinary, or other highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred. The role provides technical leadership without direct supervisory responsibility.
