Description
Yotpo is hiring a Staff/Principal Software Engineer to lead the Software Factory and AI-native engineering platform within the Office of the CTO. The role will research, prototype, and build agentic workflows, developer tools, shared infrastructure, automated quality gates, guardrails, and telemetry; establish technical standards and architectural principles; drive adoption across R&D and product; and mentor engineers globally. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, architectural leadership, agentic and AI workflow expertise, distributed systems knowledge, full-stack skills, and a computer science degree or equivalent practical experience. The role is based in the Tel Aviv office and is hybrid.
