True Anomaly is seeking a Staff Engine Performance Analyst to join their propulsion development program. The successful candidate will develop high-fidelity models of thruster systems, optimize hardware design, and ensure the performance and reliability of next-generation in-space propulsion systems. This role involves owning engine balance and cycle modeling, leading injector analysis and sizing, assessing and mitigating combustion instability, applying CFD to combustion dynamics, developing thrust chamber thermal-fluid models, partnering with designers and suppliers, building lightweight design tools, defining evolutionary analysis plans, establishing analytical best practices, and mentoring junior staff.
