Description
Renesas is seeking an SoC Performance Engineer to develop and maintain SystemC TLM 2.0 performance models, analyze and optimize complex SoC performance across CPU, GPU, DDR, interconnects, and high-speed interfaces, and collaborate with architecture, design, software, and verification teams. The role also includes performance simulation, bottleneck analysis, reporting, mentoring junior engineers, and staying current with SoC performance-modelling techniques. A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering and at least five years of SoC performance-modelling and analysis experience are required.
