Description
NScale is hiring a Staff Engineer to provide senior-level electrical and power-systems engineering analysis and design support across Power, Utilities & Infrastructure teams. The role may focus on power supply agreements, AI/GPU load strategy, or substation and grid engineering, including system studies, technical documentation, cross-functional project support, site visits, power-generation design, and commissioning readiness. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5–8+ years of relevant experience; data-center or industrial power infrastructure experience, a master's degree, PE license, and generation-design experience are preferred.
