Description
Micron is hiring a Staff Engineer to own defined portions of NAND Advanced Thin Films process development, including dielectric and carbon film processes through CVD and diffusion. The role develops and optimizes thin-film processes, executes experiments, supports scaling across nodes and platforms, resolves process and tool issues, correlates material and device data, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a PhD, master’s, or bachelor’s degree with the specified years of relevant experience, thin-film R&D or process development experience, and strong knowledge of deposition, characterization, plasma, vacuum, and chemical processes.
