Micron is hiring a Staff Engineer to own wet-process module execution for advanced NAND, translating device and integration requirements into process windows and control strategies. The role leads experiments, troubleshooting, cross-functional integration, supplier discussions, research, hardware evaluations, monitoring and control methodologies, and quality and yield improvement activities. Candidates need a PhD, master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with the specified years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, mass transport, DOE/SPC, data analysis, and planar and vertical NAND process flows.
