Description
The role collaborates with R&D, development, and process integration teams on new development and process improvement; leads cross-functional technology and product-transfer efforts; coordinates with manufacturing and process engineering to resolve yield and quality issues; optimizes module processes for manufacturability, yield, and performance; designs and analyzes experiments; and ensures technology and product qualification. It requires a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a relevant discipline, 5–8 years of equivalent experience, process-integration knowledge, manufacturing and device-physics expertise, statistical process-control and analysis skills, and willingness to travel.
