Infineon is hiring a Staff Product Engineer for its Research & Development team to own the engineering and ramp-up of power transistor and power switch products. The role covers yield stabilization and monitoring, production change projects, root-cause analysis of customer rejections and supply-chain disruptions, corrective and containment actions, productivity and gross-margin improvements, and cross-functional problem-solving. Candidates need an electrical, physics, industrial engineering, or comparable degree, at least five years of semiconductor and system-manufacturing experience, knowledge of frontend and backend processes, 8D problem-solving, data and statistics skills, and strong communication abilities.
