The role is responsible for driving yield, cost, and quality for a semiconductor product, managing product releases, test workflows, risk assessments, fault analysis, and cross-functional improvement projects. It also includes mentoring junior engineers and leading cross-functional teams. The profile requires a technical degree in an engineering discipline, at least four years of semiconductor or manufacturing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, product technical knowledge, and leadership ability.
