Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Retail – Transaction domain. The role provides technical leadership across two engineering teams, shapes distributed frontend and backend architecture, and remains hands-on with React and Java while influencing checkout, payments, orders, shipping, and future native mobile experiences. The position is remote from Germany, with possible occasional on-site collaboration in Berlin or Cologne, and requires full-stack expertise, Staff or Principal-level scope, and experience with complex distributed systems.
