Checkr is hiring a Staff Engineer for its Screenings Platform team to own the technical architecture and development of complex, multi-system workflows used across screening products. The role leads product delivery, technical initiatives, scalability, reliability, and quality; mentors engineers; and collaborates with product, design, data, and engineering management. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 10+ years of software development experience, 3+ years in project leadership, backend expertise, and frontend proficiency. The position is hybrid in Santiago, Chile, with three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary range of $66,496,000 to $78,230,000 CLP plus medical, dental, and vision coverage.
