Description
Renesas is hiring a Post-Silicon System Validation / Functional Validation Engineer to plan, execute, debug, and close system-level validation for automotive SoCs and MCUs. The role owns validation plans, boot flows, power/clock/reset, memory, interconnects, interfaces, stress and corner scenarios, test firmware, automation, silicon debug, issue tracking, quality metrics, escape prevention, and release signoff, while mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need an engineering degree, 3–12 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SoC architecture and embedded interfaces, C/C++ or embedded programming, lab-tool experience, and familiarity with validation frameworks and debug utilities.
