Description
Infineon is hiring a Senior System Applications Engineer for its IoT and Edge AI Solutions team to design and deliver system-level projects involving Infineon silicon and software. The role translates marketing requirements into technical specifications, architects hardware, develops engineering plans, collaborates with project managers and partners on hardware-based systems, creates technical documentation, and supports go-to-market activities through training, trade-show demonstrations, and customer support. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field, 5–8 years of embedded system design experience, and expertise in C or C++, real-time operating systems, microcontroller platforms, hardware design and debugging, and IoT protocols and cloud platforms.
