Micron Technology is hiring a Staff Engineer, TDT PD CMP to develop and refine chemical mechanical planarization processes for advanced DRAM technology. The role involves process characterization, consumable and hardware evaluation, research, patent development, yield and cycle-time improvements, and management of CMP suppliers. Candidates need CMP process expertise, hands-on polishing-equipment experience, knowledge of polishing mechanisms and material characterization, statistical and machine-learning understanding, strong communication and project-management skills, and an M.S. or PhD in a relevant field or a B.S. with at least five years of industry experience.
