Oura is hiring a Staff Engineer, Technical Lead to lead a new engineering team building and evolving a content management system used by multiple business teams and capable of publishing to multiple digital properties. The role defines technical direction, architecture, delivery, engineering practices, and cross-functional collaboration across front-end and back-end systems, with an initial focus on the consumer website, blog, and business website. It requires 8+ years of engineering experience, CMS and cloud experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to work across the stack and with stakeholders.
