Description
Infineon is hiring a Staff Engineer Test Engineering to develop, maintain, and optimize electrical test solutions for semiconductor products. The role owns assigned test packages, develops test programs and load-board circuit designs for FE wafer testing and BE final testing, supports production and quality improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least five years of semiconductor testing experience, familiarity with ATE and Advantest V93K or Teradyne uFlex, basic programming knowledge, and analytical and circuit-analysis skills.
