CHAOS Industries is hiring a Staff Engineering Laboratory Manager to own the daily operation, readiness, security, and continuous improvement of classified and unclassified engineering laboratories supporting aerospace and defense hardware development. The role manages laboratory space, equipment, calibration, maintenance, contractors, budgets, IT infrastructure, safety, and training, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant laboratory or technical-environment experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The position is full-time and on-site in El Segundo, California, with a targeted base salary of $184,000–$231,000.
