Heron Power is hiring a Staff Engineering Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of its next-generation power conversion platform from architecture through manufacturing launch. The role coordinates power electronics, firmware/software, systems integration, test, reliability, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams; leads program planning, technical design reviews, risk management, BOM and NPI readiness, and decision-gate execution; and helps establish a disciplined, low-surprise engineering culture. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years leading complex multidisciplinary engineering programs, and experience with power electronics systems, hardware design, validation, and manufacturing launch. The role offers a salary of $150,000 to $200,000 per year plus equity and benefits.
