6sense is hiring a Staff Enterprise AI Engineer focused on IT Operations to design and scale secure, production-grade AI systems, agents, and workflow automation across the enterprise. The role builds integrations and reusable AI capabilities using Workato, MCP, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Claude; connects SaaS and data platforms; embeds security, privacy, and compliance controls; and partners with IT, Security, and Enterprise Apps to improve productivity and decision-making. The position requires 7+ years of enterprise engineering, automation, or IT systems experience and reports to the Head of IT and AI Transformation. The base salary is $181,374.00–$215,015.20, with health insurance and other benefits.
