Flow Traders is seeking an experienced Staff Enterprise Engineer to lead the definition and implementation of long-term technical architecture and engineering standards for their enterprise systems. This includes managing identity, endpoints, compute, virtualization, operating systems, storage, databases, and the foundational platforms for their enterprise SaaS. The role involves acting as a senior technical authority, mentoring engineers, driving automation, and championing engineering excellence. It's a hands-on, senior individual contributor position focused on shaping technical direction rather than people management.
