Databricks is hiring an L6 Staff Enterprise Security Engineer to expand enterprise security coverage across enterprise applications, cross-system integrations, data flows, and emerging AI-adjacent use cases. The role partners with the Data team and Product Engineering to review implementation designs, harden configurations, oversee data-security practices, assess authentication, authorization, API, token, and third-party risks, and build security automation and agent capabilities. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant security engineering experience, familiarity with Databricks or comparable data/AI platforms, and a track record of production security automation. The role offers base salary ranges of $155,800–$267,850 USD depending on the compensation zone, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
