Dexcom Malaysia is hiring a Staff Equipment Engineer and Subject Matter Expert to lead and mentor equipment engineers, serve as the technical authority for automation, IoT, and SCADA systems, and drive equipment reliability and smart manufacturing initiatives. The role covers automated equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, qualification, vendor buyoff, IQ/OQ documentation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of equipment engineering experience with leadership and SME responsibilities in medical device or high-tech manufacturing.
