Description
Q-CTRL is hiring a Staff Experimental Scientist to perform experimental and hardware development on atom-interferometry-based quantum gravimeters. The role focuses on designing, assembling, testing, troubleshooting, upgrading, and ruggedizing complex scientific, optical, mechanical, and electrical prototypes for field deployment, including participating in field trials. The position requires strong experimental and hardware problem-solving skills and ideally a PhD in Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with experience with complex prototypes and scientific instrumentation.
