Lucid is hiring a Staff Field Quality Engineer, Powertrain to lead complex field investigations of electric powertrain systems, establish evidence-based root-cause analysis standards, drive validated corrective actions, prioritize fleet risks, plan validation, and translate findings into engineering and manufacturing improvements. The role requires eight years of relevant experience, a technical degree, and daily in-person presence at Lucid’s Arizona manufacturing facilities and offices in Phoenix, Arizona.
