Description
Arm is hiring a Staff Firmware Developer to build and optimize the software stack for next-generation automotive compute subsystems in software-defined, AI-driven vehicles. The role is a hands-on individual contributor position focused on designing, writing, debugging, reviewing, and integrating production-quality firmware, device drivers, and low-level system software using C, Assembly, and Yocto, with emphasis on performance, robustness, and collaboration across engineering, project management, and technical leadership. The job requires extensive firmware and driver development experience, strong low-level systems expertise, and excellent communication skills; experience with Arm architectures, Trusted Firmware, and automotive safety systems is preferred.
