Arm is hiring a Staff Firmware Engineer - Memory Subsystem Lead to lead firmware development, integration, validation, and technical delivery for the memory subsystem across pre-silicon and silicon bring-up environments. The role requires 10–15 years of experience, deep low-level firmware and memory-subsystem expertise, hardware/software integration capability, and the ability to line manage 3–5 engineers while mentoring and guiding technical delivery. The position is part of Arm’s System Solutions software organization and offers hybrid working.
