Description
Form Energy is hiring a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with R&D, manufacturing, field, commercial operations, and supporting teams to identify high-leverage problems and build software and AI solutions. The role owns full-stack applications, governed data models, enterprise integrations, production deployment, testing, and observability, while using AI-assisted and agentic development to accelerate delivery. It is a hybrid position requiring onsite work from the Somerville, Massachusetts or Weirton, West Virginia office at least three days per week, with relocation assistance available.
