Description
GitLab is hiring a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic SDLC to work with strategic customers while contributing production-quality code and technical solutions to GitLab’s product. The role diagnoses complex adoption, architecture, CI/CD, API, observability, security, and AI governance issues; develops durable product improvements and reusable implementation patterns; and drives governed adoption of GitLab Duo Agent Platform and agentic software development lifecycle practices. It requires Staff-level product or platform engineering experience, strong Ruby on Rails or Go experience, and expertise in AI adoption, DevSecOps, and complex systems. The role is remote for United States residents and offers a base salary of $220,000–$270,000 USD.
