Description
OpenLoop is hiring a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with external healthcare clients, build integrations against its production API, and own complex deployments through go-live. The role also develops AI SDKs and agentic workflows, improves the API platform, defines technical scope, mentors engineers, and serves as the technical authority on what can or cannot be delivered. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, strong integration and API expertise, AI-system evaluation experience, and a security-first approach to sensitive data. The position is remote within the United States with periodic client and team travel.
