Description

Intuit is hiring a Staff Fraud & Risk Analyst to own and build the data foundation for its Consumer Group Risk team’s AI transformation. The role covers risk data governance, metadata and lineage, scalable data architecture, data marts and ETL pipelines across AWS and Google BigQuery, data quality monitoring, and integration of data sources for AI agents and automated risk workflows in consumer lending and banking. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience or a related master’s degree with at least 3 years, plus advanced Python, distributed data processing, Spark or Scala, Databricks, BigQuery, and data modeling expertise.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another quantitative field plus at least 5 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a related master’s degree or higher plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 3 years with a related master’s degree or higher, in data engineering, data architecture, or data warehousing.
Experience in financial services, FinTech, consumer risk, or risk-related KPIs and OKRs is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: AI/LLM data infrastructure experience, including schema documentation, vector stores, or RAG pipelines.
Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS S3, or other cloud data platforms.
Strong technical communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Accountability, organization, collaboration, empathy, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
